Black Cherry Glaze for Pork Chops
Ingredients:
1⁄2 cup - red wine
1⁄4 cup - balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons - olive oil
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon - dried sage
Directions:
Prep Time - 15 minutes
Mix together the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and let simmer while stirring for 15 minutes. Drizzle glaze over pork chops and cover and cook.
